Inhale The Future, Exhale The Past : Breathe Fully
In short, you’re going to learn exactly how breath impacts life, why you never made that connection, while creating the opportunity to have improved breathing impact your improved posture.
Day 4
Gait: Change Your Walk, Change Your Life!
In short, I’m going to show you exactly how to walk in a way that is actually healing and will start to unravel layers and years of pain struggles, in a way that you’ve never thought you would experience.
Day 5
Implementation, Execution & Next Steps: It's All About The Psoas
In short, I’m going to ensure that you have the detailed strategy, next steps and understand the elements of implementing this successfully into your life.

Who Is Jonathan?
I am a pain relief specialist focusing on complex hard to solve problems.
My work is grounded on the rock-solid belief in our ability to change and evolve as we age. I learned this first hand after stubbornly suffering through three knee surgeries and repeatedly re-injuring myself.
I decided to step back and take a good look at how the body works. Injury free these many years later, I aim to help people age gracefully and live pain free lives.
