I will take a break from backbend posts for the next couple of days but here is a video of me balancing on a large exercise ball. A life in balance is such a nice thing to work towards.
Balance is the key to life in all ways-physically, spiritually, emotionally. Working on a developing a better sense of physical balance is key to my main theme in life- ageing gracefully. The emphasis on balancing poses in yoga is one of the highlights of the practice and I would think that you can’t ever be too balanced.
