An Interview about the Psoas Muscle


Today’s post is a link to an interview I recently did about the psoas with Brooke Thomas for her new blog Soma Happy. I am a big fan of Brooke who is an amazing Rolfer and now can add yoga teacher to her resume. I did the Rolfing series with Brooke around eight years ago and it literally changed my life. It helped me work through issues that I had been trying to figure out for years and propelled my forward to accomplish much more in the transformation of my body and posture.

  1. I really enjoyed this interview also. I’m fascinated by the psoas, and it’s always good to get a new perspective. I particularly appreciated the clarification regarding how to correctly perform kegels (or mula bandha). I feel like now I actually understand what it is! Thanks.
