I first offered the Psoas Release Party! workshop almost ten years ago and it has turned out to be my most popular in-person offering. It has been an amazing experience seeing what releasing and learning about the psoas muscle can do for people.
Because I’ve witnessed the profound effect that release work has had on so many people’s lives I am thrilled to bring this long awaited product to a wider audience.
