The muscles of back pain that I refer to in these videos (there is one video about each) are the transverse abdominis, the multifidus and gluteus medius.
Each video is about 10 minutes long and covers a little bit of anatomy, function and exercise.
At CoreWalking we believe that if you understand the way your body is designed to function and discover how to develop these key muscles of back pain correctly it will be a lot easier to work with, alleviate and even eliminate your pain.

And as a tease this is a small taste of a yoga teacher training that we are currently filming for release in the fall. It is a fairly big project that I am very excited about.  For the past few years I have offered the anatomy portion of a number of teacher trainings and it has been extremely fulfilling to get back in the saddle to offer a complete and comprehensive training which I haven’t done in quite a long time.
