Hip and groin pain can manifest from a multitude of different causes and behaviors, takes a serious toll on walking habits, and can even lead to problems with posture and more chronic pain. Learning to open your hips and put your bones in the right spots is a great first step to alleviating and preventing long-term chronic pain.
