I’m So Dense: It’s All in the Hips

I had my two year bone density scan (as participant in Dr.Loren Fishman’s study on the effect of yoga on bone density) and I’m still gaining bone (2nd scan in a row showing bone gain).  It’s those standing poses: it’s hip to be on your feet.

Under my skin: kneed to know: follow the patella.
