This program is for people who suffer from any kind of pain, from discomfort to chronic, whether you deal with the impact of poor posture and alignment due to injuries, repetitive stress, excessive driving, and/or sedentary work, or struggle with sleep difficulties. Come learn to incorporate these movement techniques into every facet of your life, even while you sleep.

The Challenge of Aging Gracefully

To say that we are set in our ways as adults is a big understatement. In fact, the human body and mind aren't designed to accept change. They actually work hard to reject change, and a willingness to change and adapt is key to aging gracefully which is easier said than done.

Jonathan uses walking, standing and anatomy to teach optimal posture and movement.  His teaching style is fun and filled with humor! We'll be doing a combination of walking, yoga, meditation,  release work, therapeutics, anatomy and much more.
