We love getting feedback and we are going to start posting some videos from clients sharing their experiences about learning to walk with the CoreWalking program. Many of our customers have had a similar experience to Florence in that they never thought that changing the way that they walked could have lasting consequences.
As it turns out, since you walk at least 3000 steps a day—and that is the very low end of the scale—learning to walk the way the body was designed is a fairly easy way to bring permanent change to a system that might be in need of a tune up. Almost seven years later I am still surprised at how effective changing one’s movement patterns can be.
