Before I share what it would be like to work with me online, I would like to tell you why walking is the answer to many of your pain problems.
The most important first question I have for everyone I work with is, “Who taught you how to walk?”
The most likely answer is, “no one”.
Somewhere around 1 year old you stood up, creeped around the furniture a bit, and then took your first steps to cheers from your parents.
After that you were on your own.
What that meant is that you imitated your parents and walked like they did.
But no one taught them how to walk.
And who knows what injuries and compensations they had incorporated before you showed up that might have affected the way they walk.
You see. It’s complicated. No one taught you how to walk and I’m here to tell you that the way you walk is keeping you stuck in the pain and suffering cycle that you now find yourself in.
The good news is that it is not that hard to change your walk and posture, and in turn alleviate a great deal of your pain.

The videos and eBooks are really all you need to make major changes to the way you walk, stand, and move in order to free yourself from the shackles of pain that have been binding you.
But I know that video doesn’t work for everyone.
