My mission is to help people age gracefully in pain-free and active bodies. This workshop will give you insight into the amazing psoas muscle and how to heal stubborn pain issues that aren't resolving.
I work with people who are not getting help from doctors, physical therapists, and other traditional methods. Some issues require a different approach.

Before I found the program I was in a lot of pain; as far as my feet, my legs, and my hips. And since I started the program the pain is down to 15%. It’s minimal. It’s so tolerable now. Changing my walking, and the way I stand, made a huge difference.

The “new you” body I am falling into more often and that’s great but the dancing— the walking is great too but I like to dance and I realized that I haven’t danced in a long time. And last week I finally felt like I was dancing instead of just feeling like putting my feet someplace. We have music on a lot and now I find myself walking into a room and starting to dance.
