So what? (again)

It seems as though I’m always rehabbing my shoulders — chronic weak points (or better, tweak points).  In one of his classes last week, Jonathan had us doing those standing shoulder stretches involving hands against the wall and body turning away.  I had somehow forgotten about them.  Duh!  Magic effect in shoulders and pectoralis minor.  Now it’s time to address my other areas of challenge: balance, strength, flexibility and focus.
