I worship many gods and most of them play the guitar. Martin Carr is one of those I worship. Â In the 90’s, before they broke up, the Boo Radley’s (Carr’s first band) were one of my favorite bands.
It took Carr a while to find his own voice (the singer in the Boo Radley’s was his best friend from childhood, Sice Rowbottom) but he is in fine form and both the last record and this new one are both pretty spectacular.
