The Feet in Standing Poses

standing posesFollowing up on an earlier post, here is a short video explaining what I meant about the feet in standing poses. The issue is about self-awareness. It is fine to do anything you want with your feet in your standing poses as long as you know why you are doing it. Many students begin practicing yoga without much knowledge of their own body’s abilities and limitations. Learning about what your hips are capable of, and proceeding from there is a good place to start.
