The Psoas Needs a Foothold.

I like the bony landmarks.  They’re so concrete and descriptive.  I always feel a little lost at first when I’m working with a bone I can’t really feel, like the hyoid.  The hyoid, though tiny, has some of the sense of mystery of the psoas. I’m working my way up again — to the hyoid (maybe through the psoas).
