Things Change

Things are going to change around here in the next few days. The blog will look pretty much the same but should have a better search function for posts and a proper archive of all of our blog videos. The blog, which has always been separate from our main site, will now be integrated with the whole site which is changing as well to accommodate the new offer we have created for my walking program.

We have decided to combine all of our products into one in order to better facilitate our program for the public. When the new site goes live you will be able to purchase our incredible pain relief package: walking videos, our psoas and sciatica books, and our newest book that I am very excited about — The CoreWalking Workbook.  The workbook will be a guide that will help you integrate the exercises and the walking techniques that will help you change the way you move and feel.

When you’ve decided to use our program to get yourself out of pain and moving with energy and comfort, you will also receive a video analysis that you can use at any time during the course of the program. It will help to personalize the changes that you are integrating into your movement patterns. Seeing yourself can be very helpful and our analysis, done like instant replay in football, will help steer you on the right path towards positive change.

The blog itself won’t change at all. I am happy to share what I have to offer in all formats and while purchasing our program will help you move things along, our blog posts are meant to provide you with all the tools you need to change
