The video above features two people that I like and follow on line. A reader of the blog turned me on to Kelly Starrett and his Mobility WOD blog, and Jill Miller is a yoga teacher and founder/creator of Yoga Tune Up. I know two yoga tune up teachers that I think the world of, Brooke Thomas and Ariel Kiley.
The video is super fun and worth watching till the end. There is a big payoff when you see the relationship between her head and shoulders on either side. I have been doing the ball release that Jill Miller does in the video when I wake up in the morning to address the sleeping issues I have that involve my neck. It works wonders.
