Walking the walls

Check out a new video that I posted to youtube. If you have taken my yoga class, you know that I teach L-Shaped Handstands, and their ilk, in almost every class. I think that these are particularly great poses for developing length and strength in the muscles of the back. These are groups of muscles that aren’t often accessed successfully in yoga and other exercises.

This video is all for fun but we are also in the process of editing a number of videos of me working with clients in both yoga and walking. Stay tuned…
